A comment abt Italy's team.. they still playing on the edge.. placing lotsa trust in mr safe hands buffon.. who has really cemented his italy no.1 spot.. aptly replacing past greats like Toldo and Pagliuca.. In front of him, Nesta and Cannavaro.. what more do u want siah.. Maldini is well replaced by Grosso, who impressed me wif good runs.. much better than Oddo.. however the previous system of 3 5 2 can be applied if materrazzi is more stable.. then they can play their 3 centre backs and camoneisi n zambrotta down the flanks.. zambrotta is really the workhorse.. and with gattuso present.. it frees up pirlo for his eye thread dunno wad needle pass.. Pirlo.. my fave italian player for the past 3 yrs alr.. after displacing Del Piero and before that Baggio... but he is indeed key to finding the pass with his range of passing.. he is just like what xabi does for spain.. Sad to say, Totti has been pretty disappointing.. fantastic for Roma, yet for italy, he has been underperforming.. he tried a lot of useless long shots in the match agst czech.. and really seems a shadow of his past form.. so gifted yet such a waste.. its time to embrace the new blood... luca toni and gilardino.. gone were the days of delvecchio and montella n inzaghi.. who missed a sitter where pirlo demonstrated his class to pass to him.. even tho a past juve player.. i haf always hated pippo.. offside king, damn nua... other than that.. it was gd to see so many juve players.. altho they might be in seria C tmrw.. so sad... Buffon, Nedved, Cameronesi, Cannavaro, Zambrotta.. must also commend czech player rosicky.. he realli impressed in this tourny..

Wellz. its indeed good to see Azzurri going as far as the quarters.. provided aussie is easy meat.. GOGO italy.. no more last minute heartbreak.. no more AHN, no more WILTORD N TREZEGUET making me sad.. all the wayz!! make me feel like playing socceR!!!
