Overheard in the library

In the eggchairs when i was researching my fantasy team and deciding whether to use wildcard, this two pple keep talking.. dunno whether xian <3 zhi were irritated by them before i came BUT they juz keep talking abt life and stuff. This guy was lamenting on how much he wanna get into SMU and hates NUS so much. But his grades cmi so he had to go nus. This was the analogy used.

Guy: It's like there is 2 guys after you and you are already attached to one guy but the other guy is just so nice and so sweet to you. and somehow you feel a greater bond towards the 3rd party.

Gal: Haha. But you are already wif the 1st guy. Why make your life miserable by coveting the other guy?

Guy : Exactly, which is why i m trying to find meaning.
Gal : You have a problem with your existence in this place.

Guy: All i wanna do is to study here and get out of this place as fast as possible
Gal: Why make your life so miserable?

This guy juz drones on and on abt how smu is sooo gd and that they even teach life skills.. ahhh the mindsets of these arts people.. he was also telling her that she shd be more onz in hall.. when she said she HAD to sleep at 2 am but he was telling her "no! you have to be used to sleep at 5 am!" :S
