the car that will take me a thousand miles

I want a man, not a boy who thinks he can. Today during my FNA lecture, Dr w.i.n.s.t.o.n kwok entertained us with his medley. For those who are unfamiliar with his style of lecturing, he normally lectures for 20 mins, then jokes or tell story for 5 mins b4 carrying on. Previous incidents was him snapping pics of his tutorial class and then during inventory tut, he made a powerpt of all our faces and then made us play orientation game.. guess the other person's name so tt we can form project grp easier. or the other time was when he asked a guy during lecture about wad SNAG represents and the kok guy instd of saying senstive , he said sexual new age guy.. or the other time when he composed poems and had a sing a long session.. this are all measures to keep us awake and will definitely earn him a good review at the end of sem becos of how interesting the lecs are.. anyway today he said pple always think he kantang, and then he said he wasnt n remarked his dad was from china.. then after a show of hands from china scholars, he chose this guy and made him recite the chinese lyrics from the song 千里之外 and to say it wif feeling.. the china guy recited it like some poem professionally and earned an appluase and then he was hit wif a 2nd task of translating n reciting it in ENglish. this was roughly wad he did.

it certainly was a commendable effort from a prc but his torment wasnt over after the 2nd applause. HE was told to sing it out.. but of cos, kwok decided to spare him the trouble and sang it after encouragement from us (i think he alr planned to sing it liao, juz nid to por a bit then he sing le). as you can see from the pic, he went to the trouble of creating such a powerpt and the music. due to his request of not posting it on u tube, i only recorded the recording but wasnt tat gd.. as usual he sung the jay and fei yuqing differently.. and for jay part he juz mumbled on purpose.

And here's a look at the new place next to fong seng.. new 7 11, ps games and comics shop, print shop, stationary shop and wine shop! not much that will be useful tho'

anyway, My father decided to change car so as to prevent depreciation of the 4 yr old honda jazz after some furore. The car came last wk, and yday night was my first FAM drive to sch. and with my parents going on holiday for a wk, it means that i got car this wk.. but i still not stdy wif the car yet.. the acceleration scary.. press a bit go forward much more.. then the much bigger frame of car means i gotta park more carefully. n interpret the reverse sensor.. my father alr kissed the curb once liao.. but no visible scratch.. i m damn scared i m the first one to injure sgl 7685.. time for 4d alert!

on a more personal note, i guess its time to have a bowl of ban mian or to practise a chicken dance as my r/s wif apple has improved n deepened. n perhaps find a suitable auspicious date? heh. or shd i get my ce sis to be my spokesperson then?
