Group Work

It is interesting to see pple do grp work.. all the true colors will show. the laziness, the arrowness, the bossyness, the perfectionism all emanate from the glands of each person.. it is made even more interesting when there is peer review.. machiam SURVIVOR.. muz haf alliances.. haha tat is juz interpreting a lil too far.. in any case.. my first grp work is due on tues.. my SS grp have had only 2 formal meetings and at the beginning of sem, i was thinking this could be one of my most time consuming mods but on the contrary, i haven really done much.. well, a 3000 word essay divided by 6 really isnt much work anyway.. right now, we can see psuedo leader who is philosophy major yr 1 delegating tasks and yet he has to be fearful of being too bossy cos we r all older than him.. by right, me being the most senior - yr 4 - could actually assume leadership but then fypfypfyp so no time..

anyway pic of my grp at freshie's 21st bday party which only i din go.. cos pasir ris on a soccer saturday..

but still i muz mention there a quite a couple of politiks involved .. complaints complaints.. but still having done up my part, i m exonerated from any blame.. i juz wanna say tat it is refreshing to talk to yr 1s n yr2s.. .. gosh i m feeling old..

which i will touch on the topic of doing work wif frens.. esp close ones

virtually perfectionist grped wif 2 slackers plus one who s/u. tat is why u must always have stabilising external factor ie extra grp member .. can form 4 pple choose 3 instd.. tat way, our meetings wun be postponed n postponed.. then also cos frens .. will know each other character n way of working..

just compare the 2 following HR grps - one do damn funny skit, one do damn funny pro video .. one dress so formal, one so informal! hahaha actually i juz had to upload this pics

and some random blog abt naruto.. wif a nice soundtrack .. it is certainly an anime worth watching .. minus all the repetition part and the irritating flashbacks. i finally made it to the big fight and den all the not nice fillers are coming in soon.. hterefore today i read a bit of the manga which i watched abt 2 yrs ago.. it really portrays all the emotions felt by real pple.. the love of sakura for sasuke.. n even tho naruto like sakura, he has to help her get him back.. but the parallels between the sannin and the team-7. but it is so much better in the younger days.. the genin-chunnin exam.. and the teamwork displayed togethre wif the special skills.. the jealousy of a more capable older brother, the pain felt by being an orphan.. given a gift he would rather not have.. the thirst for revenge and power.. the transformation of childhood crush to a real r/s and the pain of losing someone so close to oneself.. i juz have a thing for forming teams to do missions.. its like mixing all their skills to combat the enemies!
