sick n potter
i m sick. 1st mc of work life. fever and upper respiratory tract infection.
my sister went the same doc and got the same diagnosis. medicine all prescribe the same.
my gf went the same doc and got same diagnosis. medicine was DIFFERENT tho', think the doc wanna make money out of the sponsored IHP program which is free consultation n medication for public service pple.
It was kinda awkward when we went in to see the same doc cos upper respiratory tract infection actuaaly suggested liplock action..cos' its exactly the same diagnosis. anyway it was not the case as my sis got it too. kinda contagious. but i was kinda perplexed at the doc. i got off at 1230 at work -> 1230 to 2 pm was lunch time so closed. when we went at 2 pm, we were informed that doc would only be here at 3pm.. v. v irritating n da pai.. and he goes off at 430 pm and clinic closes til 630 BUT doc only arrives at 730.. AND he does all the fei stuff... chk temp, blood pressure, lungs, heart n see ur throat.. and say the fei things at the end.. DRINK MORE WATER.. Like dat i also can be doc.. i guess going to doc is only to get medication or to get MC.
i thought i would enjoy the mc day off but noo, i slept n woke, slept n woke for numerous times..well , at least i finished potter. the last book explains it all.. the fixation with a lover that was not meant to be, tho' i m extremely incredulous that a guy like snape can be hung up on a lover so long ago.. even after the death that he swore allegiance to dumbledore. it was kinda typical that wif power comes great responsibility and even albus was tempted to use the elder wand. But to read n enjoy the book fully, one had to recap the other books. I forgot all abt the diary, the basilik etc and it hampered my enjoyment. At first i din like the idea of rowling mixing the horcux and the hallows together but i grew to understand that one had to master death before embracing the power that came with the hallows. Leading potter on a long journey to find horcuxes was so that he could resist the temptation that dumbledore almost fell to.. But it could have been simplified if albus trusted harry.. I mean, after knowing him for such a time he could just entrust all the 3 items to him.. still must po po ma ma make such a big round.. The great Hogwarts castle fight was interesting though, cant wait to see how they will depict it in the movies.
