6 people . 1 project. 1 presentation.
1 project, y2s and y4 do.. the 2 y1s MIA.. mr y4 at first juz did up his part only, and leave compilation to leader y1. on eve of eve of submission date, y4 decide to ask ard how was the progress. y2s told y4 that they panicking cos the project report is crap. hence, last min changes and everyone last min for tat one.. in any case, as we were piahing the project together, y1s mia
today, after spate of emails, y4 submitted his part again, but fearing same thing will happen, blow the rest .. at night, the y1 (female) supp to do up the presentation slides to make up for her miaing. and as i was supp to present the intro, i read thru the slides and its all crap.. copy n paste from what we discussed.. powerpt supposed to be concise .. i complained to the leader cos i haf already portrayed the bochap grp member persona so by right pseudo leader shd arrow her.. but pseudoleader unfortunately has the bgr problems at hand which explained his previous miaing and his current "cannot think properly" when i was asking him abt the report..as such, he will take a look at it tmrw, and y2 who knows of his plight will help him. y2 very nice, she praised me for contributing so much when i merely did it in an hour n she ask if i minor inenglish cos my english very power heh.
aniway y1 reminds me of grace and sy's denmark grpmate. he break up, become from very zai to very duo luo.. i realise that relationships really have huge effect on studies n common life..n y1 slackergal still try to wayang in front of experienced y2 and y4.(she only volunteer for useless things like makig ivle community and after she realised everyone piahing, offer to help wif the already done references section... i mean when pple ask u to do up the powerpt at least must have cover page, and slide layout.. it's blatant copy and paste.. in point form its like the sentences spill over to the nxt point.. and its not even editted to point form .. all in sentences.. AND the powerpoint is white background lar.. juz apply a slide design will die meh. her headings also all make no sense..
sigh i m evolving into someone who bitches behind her back. shd i go confront when nothing is going to come out of it and let the others bear the brunt of her laziness or wad? the whole cordial r/s between all of us is gg to be spoilt once i outburst which i dun really care since i m graduating and after this sem, wad r the chances of seeing them again. the only good thing tat come out of it is tat the yr2s grow closer as we got common topic to bitch abt her.. hahahaha.
as u look at others, u inevitably cast a glance upon urself. i also haven been as enthusiastic for my projects in nus..
tr2201 - i was the compiler since my england very good.
ee2012 - the kweks do, we catch no ball since matlab and also got seniors answer
ee3001- me n yaya financial side use our general knowledge to sian the employees pay n all the balance sheet stuff.. if only i had taken fna earlier, at least i will know wad accumulated depreciation means then wrt the assets..
ee2001 - i only did intro .. we copy n paste bulk from book.. and xz v stress tat it wasnt enuff so while i travelled, he went to do.. in the end, my mechanics n dynamics part wasnt existent. but then again, pass/fail in finland leh.. and jouni karvo such a nice guy tat hippo can slp in front of him while presenting..
bottomline is the congruence of different ppl n personalities in a project simply adds a flavour to PR skills... there will be pple who will push u , pple who will slack, pple who do bare minimum, pple who s/u the module therefore dun care the project, as the sense of responsibility varies among pple.
