Flash Forward
I am watching this show now .. after catching an episode inadvertly on TV.
It is so similar to Lost (I realised the reviews/critics compare it to lost as well when i googled it).
I realise every successful series that i like has a female protaganist that i will affectionately take to.. and preferably doctor (re: dr sara tancreti in prison break & olivia in ff).
What an amazing concept of having a blackout & experiencing 2 mins 37 secs of the future 6 mths later.. totally mindfucks u as no matter how hard u try to avoid the future, it seems to slowly come true.. on the other hand, it gives depressed ppl HOPE as they see themselves in a better light in the future.
As i probably wun have the patience to sit thru 6 seasons of LOST though i followed it ardently for 3 seasons (probably will turn to it when i m between jobs.. ) this is a good alternative, though john cho (from harold n kumar fame) is cast as a deadpan fbi agent..
joseph fiennes is a great actor.. well to be fair,his role isnt hard to play.. good father, full of angst, prone to fall to the dark side of alcholism..
This is only for fans of conspiracy theory.. the part when they siad the blackout was caused by the chinese was hilarious.. totally american paranoia..
only 10 epis of the first season so far. looking fwd (pun intended)to march 2010 when the season resumes...
