IES CUP 2005

Today was the qualifying round. As usual, we were registered under 'The Underdogs' and sought out to improve our 3rd placing last yr.. still remember last yr, our team was super strong.. got jit tong ,louis and kelvin.. all 3 NUS IVP players.. then played the most attractive football, only losing on penalties in the semi finals.. there was so much rivalry wif the fat keeper team too.. then last yr our team photo also not taken so sad... me taking the cheque from gordon.. lousy ies camera...

anywayz back to today.. the std like drop lidat , either tat or cos we were lucky to get a lousy grp, with only mauritius united proving a challenge... 0-0 agst saints , 6-0 agst myanmar united, 5-1 agst indian team juz for kicks.. and 0-0 agst mauritius.. duns 2 , kailun 4, tu-an 3, wj 1, guoyew 1.. total goal tally.. no keeper damn jialat, i played half the tournament as keeper, half outfield... hopefully kelvin can play for us nxt wk in the qualifying.. the crucial moment was the 3rd game when we went down 1-0, then after kl missed one open chance, my heart sank liao.. i tot really gone case.. but miracalously we managed to comeback n thrash them, not to mention kena scolded for high boot .. *F*ck u man wat ur fucking problem* and *play like a man* .. haha soccer always churns up high emotions... like wat this indian said to thisvietnamese when the viets conceded... ' IT's over man.... go back to Saigon la"

well i dun think we shd expect too much nxt wk... jz hope n pray ba.. hope for lucky breaks.. the early mornings have taken a toll on my bio clock too.. i come home n take evening naps til 1 or 2 am... not to mention aches n pains.. n my 1st midterm coming up, not to mention 3 project deadlines..
