Good Friday?
wat a day... 1st time in 23 yrs tat i din go to church for Gd Fri..Am i really straying away from the path of God? i m guilty of speaking quite blasphemously at certain times... but i still feel i m agnostic... argh.. this isnt the right time to ponder abt religion.. summore so many frens got clash ins wif religion etc... so complicated.. the fervour tat one embraces religion/ Faith .. wat a undefined concept..A gd excuse? actually Reason n Persuasion does broach some of these topics.. which leads me to this bk i m reading.. Coercion by douglas rushkoff..

Such books are so interesting.. u can relate to many similar scenarios mentioned.. i would say im someone who isnt easily taken in by pple.. but then a downside is the cynical side of urself can lead u to be severely distrustful n suspicious...which is mentioned by rushkoff too.. another pt my tutor wrote was tat we tend to believe and trust higher authority.. eg rushkoff also admits to using coercion in his means to persuade pple in his this book.. alas, altho' his trade secrets are revealed, he still manages to captivate his readers and make them trust him due to his frankness.
Take my philo lecturer for instance: he uses manipulation techniques in lectures.. adding the occasional joke to capture attention.. does humor realli lower one's guard n makes them conc better during lectures?acc to prof holbo, a colleague of his once drafted jokes out and chereographed every min of lecture.. adding jokes at appropriate times when psychological exhaustion sets in.. hmmm ..
nxt topic: Zhong Se Qing You... haha.. topic tat was mentioned during dinner after soccer.. i m a victim of trying too hard to please too many pple.. as in partake in too many diff activities.. some pple place frens before gf/bf.. others vice versa.. which type are u? i would suppose i m a mesh of both.. finding time for every1 means sacrificing urself = ur studies suffer ... last time jc play so much LAN ( CS/ diablo/SC) wif frens tat yl complained... which i muz admit i was guilty of.. now too much dota? also, today typical eg.. after essay discussion wif amy, the looming rain clouds threatened to wreck my 1st soccer session in 3 wks... and it rained.. as i slowly made my way to src.. i called wj no ans, call xz and was informed tat he wasnt going but was meeting ** outside cos he was sad.. so i decided to meet them instd. THen sj msged me ask me where i was.. There i was, at a crossroads of decision making.. wat to do?? mervyn way to solve.. walk sj to bus stop, meet up wif **, then play a bit of soccer(zzzz 10 mins only, so wasted cos got gao shou ard)
Hmmmz i wonder wat Christanity stance of zhong se qing you is? woman is part of man's ribbone mah... so wats more impt???
PS i know how to borrow RBR books liao(watever it stands 4).. yay i finally ascended to status of nerd.

Hi Mervyn. As you are probably aware, there are so many junk filled blogs. I was searching for build a down line and build a down line related information today and it's a nice break from the 'usual' to come across your blog. I'm happy I came across your site while searching for build a down line related ideas today. I have no idea how searching for build a down line got me here but thanks for the break.
