Korean Steamboat wif a twist of lime
it all started with a damn xiong day of soccer... 1st time wearing new shin guards, then prob final match b4 i go for tenure wif finns.. played at right mid initially then kena zam 2nd half then go in be left back.. tho we lost 1-2 .. paul scored from tyco free kick 1st then 2nd half we conceded a similar free kick n goal then was partially at fault for their 2nd goal when their striker volleyed the ball home mid air... but the match juz emphasized our lack of match fitness esp mine... really damn shag.. ntu field seemed so big.. n i like cannot lift the ball.. but oh wellz we are all getting old..
nxt was steamboat.. initially all the prep of food was done by the gals then i juz cooked the breaded scallop.. when we finally got down to eating, the mad rush for the golden mushroom which i din even manage to taste n the trial tasting of coca-cola wif lime which tasted almost the same as diet coke.. the food was too much as usual, n the lack of variety made us cannot eat liao.. so we discussed ah ben and his special ability to bend the dick... (dun name ur chn benedict nxt time) and also a camera's multifunctional capability to be a bra pad.. courtesy of dirty minded pple joo n ali.. then came the funny slangs of bee1 hoon4 and everything from auntie eva..
BimboFest: bimbo scrabble bet xl n joo after we watched miss world n twilight zone.. its amazing watching tv together.. everyone has comment abt evry contestant... features not sharp enuff, got go plastic surgery etc etc.. EVEN commercials also i was amazed to hear non-stop comments from everyone.. looks like we have a grp of very opiniated pple... but then watch tv tog quite fun.. everyone all voice out opinions, argue, fight and have a BF.
ScaryFest: The Face ..a korean b-grade scare flick... yet again thru out the whole show SO many theories came up abt the real plot of the show.. who was the killer and who the ghost was.. and the usual screaming from the scream queens... but it was damn scary when all the lights are out, esp the staircase and the freaky piglet on the rocking chair.. even macho me cant help but shudder at the atmosphere.. then everybody is qualified to be a scare flick director.. juz see wat grade movie u are producing.. a so-so film whose ending left a couple of loopholes.
CryFest: Il Mare, quite slowmoving, moderately touching on a couple separated by time travel.. GOT Jeon Ji-hyun!!!! enuff liao!! and i like the unique concept of the show esp the ending.. do u really believe in fate or can u change it? and we still debated over the ending for quite some time.. me cai amy vs ali .. the rest all concuss..
Misc: a rather hasty post cos super tired and juz kena scolded for being late... hollanded within cte and pie and kallang is one exit u wanna avoid when u wanna turn back to the other way of highway..
Food Devoured: Onion ring, coke lime, osmanthus, yummy sorethroaty choc icecream, jelly, watermelon, lotsa balls, chicken, sausage, prawns and yong tau fu..
